“I am not going to lie, before I first met Fiona at a house we went to view, I had never heard of Forsythe Residential. Very much the new kids on the block at that time but the growth I have seen in both their brand and presence over the last few months has been phenomenal and having taken the plunge(simply because we really liked Fiona at that first meeting) and engaging with them to sell our own property, I fully understand why. Simply put, these guys do things right and are a joy to work with.

They engage a professional photographer, Davie Hayes to make your house look its absolute best. They give you small detailed choices like choosing the colour of your own board and can provide a range of add on functions including a great cleaning service which we utilised and were very happy with. Honestly though what sets them apart from the rest is Angela, the director. Angela was in constant contact with me, always available to answer my many queries even in the evening and weekends, I absolutely had her tortured as our buying process(through a different agency) was anything but straightforward but Angela continued to be patient and made herself available and remained calm with a great sense of humour when I was losing my head and patience.

I cannot recommend these guys enough and I would absolutely choose them time and time again over any of the soo called, "established names". I fully expect Forsythe to become market leaders in the area and that will not be because of cheaper fees etc it will be because people, buy people and this family owned business is run by a team of fantastic people expertly led by Angela! I wish you every success in the future.”
