How does it work?

Traditionally, staging is thought of as a wish-list service beyond many people’s means. However, the increased profit it can generate is desired by everyone! So what if we told you that we can stage your space with NO UPFRONT COSTS? We’ve spent time testing and tweaking different packages and options, to be able to offer an exclusive package for Forsythe clients, that are transparent and fair value.

If the property has the potential to benefit from staging, the lovely Joanne will arrange a suitable time to call out and have a brief chat, take some pictures of the spaces, and make some notes.
Our ForDecor team will pull the items together and load the van. Generally, they will stage your space the day before or on the day of your photographs being taken by our professional photographer.
The furnishings can remain for viewings, until the property is agreed for sale (maximum initial period of 6 weeks, this can be shortened or extended by mutual agreement). The payment for your sale and staging is settled via your solicitor upon completion from the proceeds of your sale.

Case Study

We brought a beautiful 5 bed home to market which had previously been rented out and was now entirely vacant. It photographed well and we had viewings but clients struggled to envisage how to fill/use the spaces so the offers initially didn’t come in at the level we hoped. We chatted with our vendors about staging the space and they agreed for us to do this. You can see from the before and after photos the change that as created.
