“I originally had my house up for sale with another Estate Agent however unsuitable viewers (ie not in a position to buy) inaccurate marketing, poor photography and the excuse that the market was slow meant we were becoming increasingly frustrated. A quick call to Forsyths for advice and Angela talked me through some options as well as providing me price comparisons in my area showing my home was slightly over priced. A week later, we signed with Forsyths and with some fantastic photographs and accurate marketing, we had 2 viewings and 2 offers to buy within 2 days ! Unfortunately our sale was not with out delays, due to problems down the chain, but Angela kept everyone calm and the chain intact whilst the issues were resolved.
